- เก็บ Requirement จากลูกค้าและผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง
- วิเคราะห์ระบบเดิมและออกแบบโฟลว์ใหม่ที่ใช้งานง่าย
- เขียนเอกสาร Functional Spec และสื่อสารกับทีม Developer
- ทดสอบระบบร่วมกับลูกค้าและแก้ไข Requirement ที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
คุณสมบัติ:
- มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Business Process และการออกแบบ Workflow
- ใช้เครื่องมือเช่น Notion, Jira, Draw.io, Miro ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารกับทีมเทคนิคและทีมธุรกิจได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and clients
- Analyze existing systems and design simplified workflows
- Prepare functional specs and coordinate with developers
- Support testing and manage change requests during the development cycle
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of business processes and workflow design
- Proficiency with tools like Notion, Jira, Draw.io, Miro
Ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams
